PILATES, BARRE & DANCE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
PILATES PRIVATE LESSONS ($50-80 per lesson)
A one-on-one lesson consisting of Pilates exercises on the equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat. Private lessons offer the most personalized learning experience and are tailored to the student’s specific needs. One-on-one sessions (or private duet sessions) are best for people who are new to Pilates and have never used the equipment and/or who are dealing with a particular physical injury/mobility issue (once the student has been cleared for exercise from their physician) and need more personal guidance than a group lesson can offer. Private lessons are also perfect for those healthy and fit individuals who want to get the most out of their workouts with lessons tailored exactly to their needs to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance. Students should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too baggy. All lessons are 50-min long.
